Your missions

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales and net contribution objectives as well as responding to requests and resolving complaints from store employees and customers. You will report to the Zone Operations Manager supervise PPG Store Managers in Eastern Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directs store operations in assigned region.
  • Ensures the implementation of approved plans, standards and policies to achieve or exceed sales and revenue objectives in a cost-effective manner.
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations team members to optimize results by adopting excellent customer service strategies.
  • Provides feedback to the Zone Operations Manager for the development of a regional strategy and long-term action plans.
  • Implement marketing programs in its regional store network to achieve dynamic and profitable growth.
  • Ensure that there are no restrictions placed on employee capabilities or lost work time as a result of a workplace injury by monitoring the activities of store personnel in accordance with safety programs, store cleaning and training.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of retail management experience required.
  • Professional experience operating a retail or wholesale store.
  • Regular travel between stores in the region will be required. This may include working weekends and evenings as needed; Valid driver's license required.
