Your missions

Your Job

Responsible for financial planning, analysis and reporting for monthly, quarterly and annually basis requirement (closing, Board of Director reporting, Annual financial plan etc.)

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate all the division FP&A requirement liaison with BU finance, Ops finance and corporate FP&A
  • Support VP. of Finance and function leaders in business decision make with providing data analysis in ad-hoc basis requirement.
  • Improve and implement efficient and effective FP&A capability with developing talent and strong team.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Strong communication skill (English is must, Japanese is preferred)
  • 3-5 years’ experience as FP&A leader (or playing manager) in multinational environment.
  • Skill set to handle multiple tasks as hands-on style with prioritization.
  • Highly motivated to create value to business as a trusted business partner.
  • Strong sense of urgency and self-starter
  • Passion to coach and develop talent / team aligning with Koch philosophy of role of supervisor.
  • Skill set to effectively support business partner about business issue through financial modeling.
  • English is must (Business level); native/fluent Japanese preferred.


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience in global manufacturing companies is preferred and strongly advanced.
  • Remote work is negotiable and optional but working in the office closely with supervisor and team is preferred and desired.
