About Our Client

My client is an innovative enterprise specialised in the research, production, and sales of high-quality natural extracts such as lycopene, astaxanthin, and various specialty fragrances. As they continue to expand our market presence, they are poised for new growth opportunities and now invite a passionate and capable Senior Sales Management Professional with a B2B chemical industry background to join senior leadership team.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute the company's overall sales strategy to achieve annual and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage and optimize the sales team, enhance the team's overall sales capabilities, and foster motivation among team members.
  • Deeply explore potential markets such as domestic and the Middle East, develop new customers, and maintain and expand existing customer networks, especially with foreign and domestic enterprises or agent resources.
  • Analyze market trends, study competitor strategies, and formulate effective market competition plans.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental cooperation to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly evaluate sales performance, analyze sales data, and provide data support for decision-making.


The Successful Applicant

  • With a bachelor's degree or above, preferably in chemistry, marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 8 years of B2B chemical industry sales experience, including at least 3 years in a sales management position, with regional management experience preferred.
  • Possess mature customer resources in Personal Care OR Flavors OR Nutrition segments, able to quickly develop the market and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, market analysis abilities, and team leadership qualities.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using office software and CRM systems, with good data analysis skills.
