Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Director for the South East Asia region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a high-performance sales team, drive market growth, and establish key client relationships within the injection moulding industry.

What You'll Do

As the Regional Sales Director for South East Asia, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's success in this region. Your primary responsibility will be to develop effective business strategies that encompass product development, market analysis, pricing structures, value selling techniques, and service delivery. You will prepare and update sales forecasts regularly while ensuring that customer relationships are nurtured for optimal growth and profitability. Your ability to develop comprehensive marketing plans alongside your team will be crucial in identifying targets of opportunity. Collaborating with the marketing team to align business sales objectives with overall strategy will also form part of your duties. Lastly, your negotiation skills will be put to good use as you strive to secure the best value for products and services sold.

  • Develop business strategies for product, market, pricing, value selling and service
  • Prepare and update sales forecasts covering projected new-business sales, bookings, proposal activity and investment requirements by customer and/or program
  • Ensure customer relationships are effectively developed and managed to achieve business’s growth and profitability objectives
  • Develop marketing plans, sales & service strategies and action plans to identify and land targets of opportunity
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support business in achieving business sales objectives aligned to strategy
  • Negotiate the best value for products and services sold in accordance with policies and objectives

With over 10 years of progressive commercial/sales experience in various sectors such as packaging, medical, automotive, electronic industries under your belt, you have honed your skills in managing a high-performance regional Sales & service team. Your familiarity with CRM, account management, and sales funnel management will be invaluable in this role. You possess strong commercial acumen and have the ability to convey our value proposition and total solutions capability to new and existing customers. Your ability to interpret customer concepts or challenges and make appropriate application and solution recommendations sets you apart from others. Lastly, your excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills enable you to effectively interface with the global Sales team.
