Overview:
The Project Manager will take full ownership of post-sale project delivery, ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction. This role will manage multiple projects or portfolios, ensuring timely delivery, financial performance, and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective use of frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
- Own the Project Planning Framework, ensuring comprehensive deliverables, accurate effort estimation, and resource allocation.
- Manage the Project Execution Framework, ensuring consistent documentation standards, tool usage, and workflow across all workstreams.
- Implement the Project Tracking Framework for real-time visibility of progress, identifying variances, and executing mitigation plans.
- Ensure adherence to the Project Quality Framework, defining entry and exit criteria for each phase and stage.
- Oversee the Project Finance Framework, ensuring accurate budget formulation, cost tracking, and forecasting.
- Establish and maintain the Project Governance Framework, ensuring efficient operations, risk management, and issue mitigation.
- Lead technical workstreams in AWS and SAP, ensuring role clarity for team members and successful project delivery.
- Support change management efforts and foster continuous improvement within project delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the broader project management team to ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Qualifications:
Required:
-Experience between 8-12 years.
In-depth understanding of SAP across business, functional, and technical areas.
- Strong knowledge of agile and waterfall delivery methods.
- Ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from pre-sales to post-implementation.
- Experience in using project management tools such as RAID logs and change request logs.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and maintaining project margins.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements and stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
