IF YOU ARE

  • Showing at least 3 years of experience in Workday integration
  • Knowledgeable in HR Workday components, including Offer, Talent Management, and Payroll functions
  • Proficient in Workday integration tools such as EIB, Workday Studio, PECI, and PICOF
  • Capable of developing, testing, and deploying robust integration solutions
  • Possessing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues
  • Experienced in managing integration projects, including planning, execution, testing, and support
  • Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiar with XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST APIs (would be a plus)


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, PECI, and PICOF
  • Develop and maintain integration solutions for HR functions, including Offer, Talent Management, and Payroll
  • Provide technical expertise in Workday integration and serve as a subject matter expert
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Work closely with other Workday team members, including HCM Consultants, Business Analysts, and Payroll Specialists, to ensure integrated solutions meet business needs
  • Manage integration projects from concept to implementation, including planning, execution, testing, and go-live support
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for integration processes, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides
  • Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on Workday integration best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with Workday updates, new features, and best practices to ensure optimal integration solutions
