The Field Sales Engineer is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Performing all sales activities including customer visits, telephone contacts, product demonstrations and customer seminars within assigned geographic territory
  • Actively selling products and services
  • Maintaining customer activity files with sales objectives, sales opportunities and visits in Salesforce
  • Reporting to the Managing Director


The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Technical education
  • Willingness to travel up to 3 days per week (with 8 nights away from home a month on average)
  • preferably 5 years of sales experience in Municipal and/or Industry sector or experience with handling with measurement equipment
  • Good Level of English, Bulgarian fluent
