IF YOU ARE

  • A holder of 3+ years of work experience as a platforms consultant, business analyst, product owner, or product manager in IT
  • Proficient in implementing content management system (CMS) or digital experience platform (DXP) projects for 2+ years
  • Hands-on in Sitecore XM/XP (at least 2 years)
  • Knowledgeable in content management, digital marketing, SEO, and optimization processes
  • Good at leading and delivering presentations, workshops, training, and brainstorming sessions with prospects, customers, and internal teams
  • Understanding the software development lifecycle and lifecycle of packaged solutions implementation
  • Experienced in facilitating the scrum process, ensuring that team adherence to agile principles and practices, and driving continuous improvement
  • Agile and ready to guide client stakeholders, providing and suggesting solutions
  • Fluent in English
  • Experienced working with other CMS/DXP platforms is considered a plus


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Design and implement solutions based on Sitecore’s products (XM/XP, Commerce, OrderCloud, Content Hub, XM Cloud)
  • Drive digital transformation, customer experience strategies, roadmap, and planning, as well as workshop engagements to ensure they achieve their business goals and set objectives
  • Guide Sitecore projects, guiding both business and in-house developers to maximize Sitecore's benefits to the client
  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot new and existing experiences for our Sitecore customers
  • Leverage analytics and optimization techniques to extract insights and make recommendations for improvement to the client’s digital experience and marketing teams
  • Develop and execute personalization and optimization strategies that align with business objectives and goals, collaborating with business and technology teams
  • Lead demos, training, and enablement sessions with business stakeholders and users of the new solution
