We aim at Salesforce practice, covering technical pre-sales, architecture planning and design, solution development and implementation, post-implementation support, solution accelerators, proofs of concept, and demo development.

IF YOU ARE

  • Experienced in Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and integrations with 2+ years of experience
  • Certified as a Service Cloud Consultant
  • Highly knowledgeable of Salesforce Health Cloud and its features
  • Strong in understanding the software development lifecycle and packaged solutions implementation
  • Proficient in implementing full-cycle projects
  • Competent in Agile software delivery methodologies, such as Scrum, and tools like Jira
  • Familiar with the entire Salesforce product family, including Service Cloud, Omnichannel processes, CTI, Chatbot, and Knowledge management


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Propose, implement, and manage the implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
  • Demonstrate solutions functionality to business stakeholders as needed
  • Present solution options to the Client, evaluating the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customization
  • Lead the client sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements
  • Develop implementation, estimates, and plans for development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-production support
  • Perform impact analysis for scope change requests, documenting changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping
  • Participate in declarative system configuration when necessary
  • Design and participate in end-user acceptance testing
  • Engage in training content development, and both administrator and end-user training delivery
