About The Job

Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Assistant Sales Capability Development Manager" position within the consumer marketing department. Main Gol

  • Enhance the sales team’s skills and performance through targeted training programs and development initiatives
  • Aims to drive sales effectiveness and efficiency, ultimately contributing to the company’s revenue growth and market presence

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Training & Development Design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and engagement strategies
  • Supporting Sales Teams Provide ongoing support to sales teams to improve their performance and achieve sales targets
  • Performance Analysis Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address gaps
  • Content Creation Develop training materials, resources, and tools to support the sales team’s learning and development
  • Collaboration Work closely with sales managers and other departments to ensure alignment of training programs with business objectives and sales strategies
  • Feedback & Evaluation Collect feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs and ensure they meet the needs of the sales team
  • Reporting Prepare and present regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and the impact on sales performance
  • Partner to ensure training content is up-to-date and relevant to current product offerings
  • Collaborate to identify training needs and align development programs with sales goals

About you

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales training, sales management, or a related role (preferred in FMCG)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to design and deliver effective training programs
  • Analytical skills to assess training needs and measure outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Preferably training, content planning, training delivery experience
  • Preferably able to collaborate with other sales teams
  • Intermediate or higher level of English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
