Introduction

En tant que Talent Acquisition Specialist, tu intégreras l'équipe recrutement du pôle RH de PlayPlay.

Ton objectif sera, d'une part, de travailler sur notre stratégie relations écoles et de l'améliorer, et d'autre part, de gérer l'ensemble du processus de recrutement des stagiaires, de la prise de contact à l'offre de stage. 😍

MISSIONS 💪

Gérer le processus de recrutement des stagiaires 🚀
  • Mettre en ligne les offres sur notre ATS (Lever) et sur nos job-boards partenaires (Welcome to the Jungle, JobTeaser, etc.).
  • Sélectionner les profils pertinents.
  • Assurer les entretiens téléphoniques.
  • Rédiger des compte-rendus et sélectionner les candidat.e.s retenu.e.s.
  • Coordonner les entretiens et accompagner les managers opérationnels sur la suite du processus.
  • Réaliser les propositions d’embauche.
  • Mettre à jour nos tableaux de suivi.

  • Développer notre stratégie Relations Écoles 🤩
  • Réaliser une veille des événements organisés par les écoles (partenaires ou non) pour améliorer continuellement notre stratégie de recrutement !
  • Organiser et participer à l'ensemble des événements écoles et forums de recrutement. 🎓
  • Accompagner les managers opérationnels sur la participation et le déroulement de ces forums de recrutement.
  • Employer branding, community management : véritable ambassadeur.rice, tu vas nous aider à faire rayonner PlayPlay sur les réseaux sociaux et en interne pour la communauté de stagiaires !!! ☀️

  • TES COMPÉTENCES 🎯
  • En année de césure, 4ème ou dernière année pour une alternance de 1 an.
  • Première expérience réussie en entreprise, idéalement en talent acquisition/campus management/RH/office management.
  • Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (B2 - C1 - C2).
