### **Position:** QA Engineer
**Employment Type:** Full-time (Permanent position)
### **Salary:**
- **Annual Income:** ¥4,500,000 - ¥6,500,000 JPY
- Includes a fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours (¥92,500 - ¥133,500).
- Monthly salary is 1/12th of the annual income.
- Compensation is negotiable based on experience and skills (no upper limit).

### **Job Description:**
- **Responsibilities:**
- Create test plans and define test objectives, scope, and schedules for development projects.
- Analyze, design, and implement tests for services and applications.
- Manage testing processes, progress, and equipment.
- Create reports using test progress and bug data.
- Define and improve system tests in collaboration with product management and development teams.
- Promote test automation and develop, operate, and support development support tools.
- **Future Responsibilities:**
- Develop comprehensive test plans including quality management plans.
- Collaborate with development teams on quality management and issue tracking.
- Set and monitor quality metrics, identify root causes, and provide feedback to development teams.
- Investigate and introduce new test techniques and automation tools.
### **Requirements:**
- **Must-Haves:**
- At least 2 years of experience in software testing design and implementation.
- Basic knowledge of software testing with relevant certifications (e.g., JSTQB Foundation Level).
- Experience in testing web service software products.
- Experience in QA using Git and GitHub.
- Flexibility in work handling with the ability to meet deadlines despite daily schedule changes.
- **Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in web service development with TypeScript and Python.
- Experience in frontend development using React.
- Knowledge of real estate industry domains.
- Experience in web system test automation.
