This is a remote position.

Full Time Job
Fixed schedule - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time

Responsibilities:

    1. • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for our platforms.
      • Content Creation: Craft compelling graphics, articles, social media content, and blog posts.
      • Campaigns: Run targeted campaigns to boost brand awareness and followers.
      • Trend Monitoring: Stay current with industry news and social media trends.
      • Collaboration: Align efforts with the broader marketing goals.
      • Performance Analysis: Track metrics and refine strategies.
      • Executive Support: Write LinkedIn posts for our President and manage their virtual book club.
      • Email Marketing: Assist with campaigns and outreach.
      • Website Maintenance & Marketing Materials: Help update the website and design marketing collateral.


Requirements
    1. • Experience managing social media, ideally in construction or related fields.
      • Strong writing and communication skills, with an eye for engaging content.
      • Proficiency in graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
      • Familiarity with WordPress and email marketing tools (Mailchimp a plus).
      • Knowledge of SEO principles and practices is a plus.
      • Organized, able to manage multiple projects, and data-driven.
      • Passion for the construction industry with a desire to stay informed.
