Description

Position Summary

SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals (ATTP) Senior Business Analyst is a member of the SAP ERP Team performing business requirements, analysis, design, configuration, testing and user adoptions related activities within the product serialization space. The person in this position collaborates with other SAP team members and staff towards defining, enhancing, and integrating SAP ATTP solutions across the ERP platform and related business processes.

Essential Functions and Duties

  • Manage relationship and liaison with FFF’s supply chain management business stakeholders on identifying and owning the business processes and requirements to be built in SAP S4/HANA Enterprise Management ERP.
  • IT Owner of SAP processes in the ATTP area, configuration, testing and related functional documentation.
  • Partner with systems integrator resources in performing fit-gap analysis, build and testing of the solution that meets the business requirements.
  • Perform review and signoff of SAP solution build in the ATTP area – configuration, development, testing and sign off.
  • Review impact of SAP functionality across functional teams and provide impact analysis and decisions to ATTP business process owners, project managers, and other SAP Implementation partners and team members.
  • Own solution adoption and business user facing documentation (e.g. process scope, user manuals, solution briefs, functional summaries).
  • Support existing ATTP business processes and suggest improvements.
  • Collect requirements for new business processes and document in common template requirement documentation.
  • Responsible for a variety of duties including supporting users, diagnosing and resolving system problems, implementing new modules as a part of a team, making configuration changes, testing patches and upgrades, and modifying and creating production reports.
  • Plan Risk management according to project management plan.  Analyze risks and then plan risk response.
  • Work within approved budget; develop and implement cost saving measures.
  • Coordinate and serve as the focal point for requirements for modifications to existing software systems or the consideration of potential new software systems in support of the enterprise.

Qualifications

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, CS, IS, MIS or a related field of study or four (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Required Knowledge:

  • Must have strong business knowledge in materials management, procurement, inventory management and logistics execution processes with a strong emphasis in SAP ATTP within a distribution environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP ATTP configurations, integration and best practices.
  • Must possess strong understanding of SAP configuration set-ups, functionality, interaction of the ERP modules and ability to diagnose and resolve problems within and between modules.

Required Experience:

  • Must have at least ten (10) years [fourteen (14) for non-degreed candidates] of experience in the supply chain management support area. 
  • Must have at least five (5) years of hands on ATTP experience.
  • Experience working in a serialized inventory environment with hands on knowledge and understanding of SAP’s EWM, ATTP and ICH platforms would be desirable.
  • Experience in a distribution environment is required.

Physical requirements

Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers. Must have the ability to view a computer screen for long periods and the ability to sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled.  The employee occasionally lifts up to 20 lbs. and occasionally kneels and bends. Must have the ability to travel occasionally. Working condition include normal office setting.
