KYP.ai platform - Productivity 360° captures enormous amount of unstructured information, skillfully blends process and task mining techniques to analyze it and ultimately help companies see, understand and act on how work gets done. What can you do with us?

Translate business needs into implementable features while carefully evaluating risks and opportunities.
Conduct thorough competitive analysis and proactively identify opportunities for new functionalities, ensuring our product stands out in the productivity mining area.
Create Epics, User Stories, and Use Cases based on selected document structure (including Acceptance Criteria)
Work closely with the Head of Product, CTO, other BAs, and UX/UI Designer
Be a partner for Customer Success and Development teams
Contribute to the backlog planning and prioritization of tasks

What should you bring to KYP.ai?

Previous experience as a functional Business Analyst in software development, preferably in web applications, SaaS and/or data platforms
Ability to translate business requirements into technical ones
Proven track record of innovation and introducing new ideas.
Strong analytical, planning and communication skills
Can-do approach, backed up with persistence, strong problem-solving skills and a positive mindset
Native/proficient Polish level and at least upper-intermediate business level of English
