职位简介Position Overview

       Responsible for supplier quality management and system audit. Lead the quality assurance of

       PMI’s new products and normal production process. Be committed to driving suppliers to

       continuously improve quality performance and management by applying profession quality

       technics and tools.

        负责供应商质量管理和体系评审,PMI新产品和正常生产过程中的质量保证工作。通过专业  

        质量工具的应用推进供应商持续提升质量表现和管理水平。

 

基本职能Responsibilities

 

  • Closely monitor supplier performance both onsite and remotely against key quality metrics and initiatives.

根据关键质量指标和计划,在现场和远程密切监控供应商的表现。

  • Actively involved in NPD process and responsible for quality validation of new product in PP (pre-production run) phase.

积极参与新产品开发流程, 负责在新产品正式量产前的产品质量认证工作。

  •  Lead quality system and process audits. Work with suppliers to continuously improve the QMS level.

主导质量体系和过程审核。与供应商合作,不断提高质量管理体系水平。

  • Continuously evaluate supplier’s overall quality performance. Proactively update PMI internal teams on all issues affecting supplier performance and its impact to PMI’s business strategy.

持续评估供应商的整体质量表现。主动更新反馈PMI内部团队关于所有影响供应商绩效及其对PMI业务战略的影响的问题。

  •  Responsible for customer complaint processing, and follow up the CAR with suppliers to close it effectively in timely manner

负责处理客户投诉,跟进供应商的投诉处理,及时有效地解决投诉。

  • Serve as quality liaison between PMI and the supplier, make sure that PMI’s quality standard and requirements are completely and properly implemented at suppliers through effective and frequent communication.

作为PMI和供应商之间的质量联络,通过有效和频繁的沟通,确保PMI的质量标准和要求在供应商处得到完全且正确的执行。

  • Responsible for shipment final inspection at suppliers by on-site inspection or effective management and evaluation of supplier self-inspection report.

负责对供应商进行出货最终检验,可通过现场检验或对供应商的验货报告实施有效的管理和评审。

精通Proficiencies

  • Familiar with ISO9000 or TS16949 standards, skilled at supplier audit.

熟悉ISO9000TS16949质量标准,熟练工厂审核

  • Proficient in quality tools: PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Control Plan, etc.

精通各种质量工具, PPAP FMEA, SPC, 控制计划等。

  • Strong problem-solving skills, such as 8D, 5W1Y, etc

很强的问题解决能里, 比如8D 5W1Y等等。

  • Good knowledge of plastics and Stainless-steel manufacturing process. Additional ceramic or glass industry experience will be a plus.

良好的塑料和不锈钢制造工艺知识, 在此基础上如有陶瓷或玻璃行业经验者更加。 .

  • Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
