As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to expand our client base in the mid-market and enterprise segments.

 

Role Overview:
As a Mid-Market & Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for targeting medium to large-scale companies, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role is commission-only, ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with decision-makers and positioning Private Label Staff as the staffing partner of choice.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients in the mid-market and enterprise sectors through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers to understand their staffing needs and align our solutions with their business goals.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, including proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the recruiting team to ensure successful placements that exceed client expectations.
  • Reporting: Track sales activities, manage your pipeline, and report on revenue forecasts.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in business development or sales, with a focus on mid-market or enterprise clients, ideally in staffing or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the staffing industry and the ability to present customized staffing solutions to larger organizations.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience dealing with high-level decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools.
  • A network of industry contacts is a plus.

 

Compensation:

  • 1099 commission-only role with uncapped earning potential based on placements.
