As a Senior Program Manager, Bolt Business, your main objective is to drive the growth and success of the business customers' ride experience on our platform. This entails implementing strategic initiatives, improving operational metrics, and collaborating cross-functionally to create a high-class ride experience in our business segment.

  • <point>Service Level Optimisation: Lead the creation of comprehensive playbooks for business customer ride management across different regions; Conduct regular performance analysis and implement strategies to continuously improve operational metrics in the business segment (e.g., session to order, acceptance rate); Establish and maintain sustainable service levels for business segment rides in existing markets.</point>
  • <point>Business User Needs and Experience: Proactively identify and analyse business customers needs to enhance their ride experience and business success; Develop and implement solutions to address identified pain points and elevate satisfaction level for existing and potential customers</point>
  • <point>Market Expansion and Launch Strategy: Identify and research new markets for Bolt Business expansion or relaunch existing markets; Develop and implement comprehensive operational launch strategies for the Business product in previously not accessible markets; Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Operations, Sales) to navigate market entry processes and build a strong foundation for success</point>
  • <point>Strategic Initiative Leadership: Take ownership of strategic Bolt Business projects in the Rides segment; Drive strategic initiatives optimising rider and driver success within the Business segment; Manage projects effectively and create visibility for key stakeholders across the company</point>
  • <point>Growth Analysis and Collaboration: Conduct systematic analysis to understand and refine factors driving growth within the existing business user base; Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Customer Support) to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives; Collaborate effectively to prioritize the overarching goal of augmenting the overall business user experience</point>
