The Product Designer is responsible for supporting multiple aspects of product development. This role will partner with product managers, developers, content creators, school district partners, and external vendors to research, design, and develop product guidelines and solutions (print and digital) that align tightly with end-user needs and market requirements. This role requires a strong focus on product value and is accountable to sponsors for schedule and quality of all program elements.
Job Responsibilities:
• Participate in product discovery (including user testing) and product design (including documenting requirements and writing user stories) for innovative, playful educational programs
• Make appropriate product recommendations to best meet both internal and external customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with school districts in support of ongoing research efforts
• Coordinate with research sites to track progress, organize feedback and troubleshoot issues.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure delivery of projects on time and as specified.
• Assist in product development RFPs
• Coordinate with vendors to develop, enhance and maintain products.

• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Slack a plus.
