Since our establishment in 2006, we've successfully completed over 1,000 projects with leading retail and hospitality brands in the U.S. Our services range from Site Selection and Evaluation to Design and Architectural Plans, Construction Management, and ongoing Facilities Management.

We're currently seeking a skilled Business Development Professional to enhance existing client relationships and secure new accounts, particularly within commercial REITs, large property owners, and property management firms.

Responsibilities

Primary:

  • Identify and develop construction sales opportunities while fostering relationships with national retail and franchise chains.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at REITs and major Real Estate firms.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships and handle new sales inquiries.

Secondary

  • Oversee social media activities and manage our online presence.
  • Participate in and engage with networking associations and events.
  • Review and update internal branding documents and external brand identity.
  • Assess and improve the marketability of our existing products and services.

KPIs & Targets

  • Track and manage bid submissions from both existing and potential clients.
  • Secure at least one new sustainable client within the first 6 months. Sustainability here means that the client has engaged with us and has a pipeline of upcoming projects for the next 12 months.
  • Achieve three new sustainable clients within 12 months.
  • Complete a full branding review after 3 months.
  • Develop a social media action plan.
  • Formulate a general growth plan and marketing budget.
  • Conduct a competitive analysis.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A seasoned marketer with a strong background in enterprise B2B digital and traditional marketing.
  • Creative and innovative, yet practical with an understanding of when to focus on results.
  • An industry expert with 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, construction, and/or tenant improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is ideal but not required.

Location

This is a remote role. Candidates located in the Detroit MI, Tampa FL, or Dallas TX regions are preferred, though we are open to other locations, particularly within the Central and Eastern Time Zones. Candidates must be based in the U.S.

Compensation

The role offers a base salary of \(75K - \)80K, plus a performance-based bonus plan with on-target earnings expected to range from \(90K - \)110K.
