Description

Are you passionate about marketing and communications? We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to enhance our internal and external communications, helping to elevate our brand's visibility across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email Campaign Management: Oversee the email platform program, ensuring consistent brand expression and quality in communications, including writing, designing, and managing campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling copy and content for a range of materials including digital marketing, newsletters, press releases, company announcements, website content, and more.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional service and training to agents and administrative support teams through a help desk platform, adhering to departmental guidelines.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with organizing marketing events, promotions, and activities, following provided directions.
  • Database Management: Handle database coordination, reporting, and special project assignments.
  • Graphic Design: Use various design platforms to create graphics, training documents, and other visual content.

Education, Experience, And Skills

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), cloud-sharing platforms (Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft Teams), and general knowledge of CRM platforms. Experience with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a strong command of journalism principles, English usage, grammar, and business correspondence.
  • Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
  • Design Skills: Experience in creating graphics using Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage projects efficiently, prioritize tasks, and work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexibility: Adaptability in a fast-paced, collaborative department with a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and CRM platforms.
  • Background in graphic design and agency experience is highly desirable.
  • Real estate experience is a plus.

Position Details

  • Type: Full-time, Salary/Exempt
  • Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, disability coverage, dental/vision insurance, 401K, and paid time off.
  • Work Arrangement: This is a remote position with occasional on-site presence or event attendance required.
  • Background Check: Required upon job offer acceptance.
