As a Data Analyst, you will explore both structured and unstructured data to uncover insights, collaborate with clients to understand their needs, and deliver valuable recommendations based on your analyses. Your expertise in data management, analysis, and flow operations will be essential in driving impactful decisions and supporting research and development efforts.

How You'll Contribute

  • Identify data dependencies and relationships to create efficient data flow plans and manage enterprise information.
  • Engage with teams to comprehend reporting requirements, data management protocols, and product needs.
  • Collaborate with customer requirements managers and mission planners to enhance data collection and ensure system integration.
  • Interact with stakeholders at all technical and management levels, representing program requirements in key meetings.
  • Utilize data insights to influence large-scale business and process decisions.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in data management, data engineering, and network systems.
  • Proven ability to lead and integrate into teams in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environments.
  • Proficiency with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of database management systems (MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL).
  • Ability to convey scientific and technological information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Have

  • 12+ years of experience in data management, data engineering, and network systems.
  • Experience as a Military Action Officer or Liaison Officer.
  • Experience supporting defense R&D programs.
  • Experience with network engineering and managing data management initiatives.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

Salary is determined based on factors such as location, education, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is \(75,600 to \)172,000 annually, representing a typical salary range as part of the total compensation package.
