As a Senior Data Scientist, you will create scalable solutions and models to enhance our business functions, including Marketing, Product, and Content. Your role will involve using advanced techniques like machine learning and simulation to provide insights that drive key business decisions. You will transform business goals into actionable analytics, delivering clear and impactful findings to both stakeholders and senior leaders.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a proactive and results-driven Data Scientist with strong skills in ML, CI, NLP, data mining, and large-scale distributed computation. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will:

Qualifications

• Experience in modeling, research design, and cutting-edge algorithms
• MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Applied Math, Operational Research, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience; or PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in causal inference methods and data analysis
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Skilled in SQL and Python
• Familiar with software engineering practices and tools (version control, command line)
• Experience with ML pipeline orchestration using AWS (SageMaker, Batch, Lambda, Step Functions)
• Knowledge of Docker Container Platform
• Experience with Bayesian estimation and inference methods
• Agile Software Development experience

• Knowledge of marketing, digital, or retail products
• Big Data Engineering experience with Spark, AWS EMR, and Glue
