Your missions

Description

We are seeking an experienced Principal SAP BTP Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and defining client challenges, exploring improvement opportunities, evaluating solution options, and making strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Lead the consulting team to manage expectations, meet SLA/KPIs, and deliver high-quality results. Act as the primary point of contact with client stakeholders.
  • Design and Implementation: Create detailed design, architecture, and process documentation. Oversee the deployment plan and ensure effective knowledge transfer to provide value-driven consulting solutions.
  • Solution Delivery: Develop, deploy, and configure SAP applications on Cloud Foundry using SAP CAPM. Design and implement UI5/Fiori-based applications, and configure launchpad sites using BTP portal services.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize knowledge of BTP services (e.g., workflow management, Hana Cloud, XSUAA, Document Service) and handle OAuth protected REST APIs. Engage in platform operations such as identity provider configuration and role collection setup.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with offshore teams and manage work delivery between onsite and offshore locations. Be adaptable to flexible work hours due to remote and offshore coordination.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Consideration for three years of progressive experience in lieu of one year of education.
  • Minimum of 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • U.S. citizenship or authorized to work in the U.S. (We are not able to provide sponsorship at this time).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience (11+ years) in SAP Web application development.
  • Experience in Electricity, Gas, or Water Utilities industries in North America.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end lifecycle implementation, including requirement gathering, business process design, and system integration.
  • Experience with SAP UI5/Fiori application development, cloud-based applications, and BTP services.
  • Proficiency in Java or Node.js, microservices development using Spring Boot or Node.js frameworks, and Git for source control.
  • Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: \(118,498 to \)158,850 annually (based on location).
