The Opportunity

As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting decision-makers in understanding how our solutions can foster engaging and impactful experiences. Your collaboration with federal government agencies will be key in addressing their needs and offering meaningful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales account executives to present and position Creative Cloud and Document Cloud solutions to federal government agencies.
• Lead and execute the technical sales process, which includes:
• Understanding customer missions through discovery.
• Delivering compelling presentations, in-person and remotely.
• Innovating solutions using our software applications.
• Providing solution demonstrations and conducting proof-of-concept evaluations.
• Offering technical validation for government requests and needs.
• Staying informed on emerging creative technologies.
  

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in design, multimedia, or a pre-sales role.
• Recent experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially Photoshop, Premiere, and Acrobat. Familiarity with additional tools such as Adobe Express, Firefly, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, and others is valuable.
• Experience working with or for government agencies is preferred.
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in 3D or animation is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, along with experience in training and user experience design.
• Passionate about delivering creative design experiences to government agencies.
• Understanding of government agency security infrastructure and enterprise software packaging.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• No college degree required.
  
  

Compensation And Benefits

• Annual salary range: \(148,600 - \)229,600, depending on location and job-related skills and experience. Further details will be discussed during the hiring process.
• For sales positions, compensation includes total target compensation (base + commission) and short-term incentives through sales commission plans. Non-sales roles may have base salaries with short-term incentives via the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Some roles might also qualify for long-term incentives, such as new hire equity awards.
