Your missions

Description

We are seeking a qualified Endpoint Architect / Solution Architect for a client based in Fort Worth, TX, with a national footprint. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the security of endpoint devices for over 4,000 users, ensuring they remain protected against emerging threats while supporting productivity and compliance. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in endpoint security strategies, IT landscape assessment, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Intune, and Autopilot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of the current IT environment to identify gaps and potential improvements in endpoint management.
  • Develop and implement secure, scalable endpoint security architectures using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Azure.
  • Oversee security measures such as antivirus, encryption, firewalls, and threat protection on all endpoint devices.
  • Establish and enforce security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Seamlessly integrate endpoint security solutions with Azure Active Directory and other Azure services.
  • Identify and document the tools and technologies required for the successful management of endpoint devices.
  • Develop automation solutions using PowerShell to optimize endpoint management tasks and strengthen security posture.
  • Lead responses to security incidents involving endpoint devices, conduct investigations, and apply corrective actions.
  • Continuously monitor endpoint performance, identify vulnerabilities, and implement necessary improvements.
  • Work closely with IT teams and end users, offering expert guidance on endpoint security issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations and processes, and provide training sessions to enhance user security awareness.
  • Lead endpoint update projects, ensuring they meet objectives, deadlines, and budgets.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience in endpoint management, solution architecture, or security engineering.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, and Autopilot for device management and deployment.
  • In-depth experience in Azure Active Directory, Azure Security Center, and other security services.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration management.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced security concepts such as Zero Trust, EDR, and MDM.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, Endpoint Administrator Associate, or similar.

Work Location

Candidates local to the Fort Worth, TX area are preferred, with the ability to work onsite as required. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check and drug screen.
