As a Principal Financial Implementation Consultant on the Healthcare Industry team, you will help healthcare customers implement financial systems crucial for their success. Your focus will be on implementing the Foundation Data Model (FDM) and financial accounting solutions, collaborating with a diverse team of consultants, project managers, and product experts to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of standard healthcare practices and stay up-to-date with new industry trends.
  • Understand client requirements and design tailored financial solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Demonstrate configurations through prototype development and assist clients with testing.
  • Engage in continuous learning and participate in training sessions to share your knowledge with other consultants.
  • Provide regular project status updates to the Engagement Manager.
  • Participate in customer prospect discovery sessions.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience implementing or working with financial management software solutions (e.g., Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft).
  • 7+ years of consulting experience.
  • Experience with General Ledger and one or more of the following: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Expense Management, or Banking & Settlement.

Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance or Accounting.
  • 6+ years of financial consulting experience, with at least 3 full-cycle healthcare industry implementations, or 6+ years of operational financial experience in healthcare.
  • Passion for customer service, with experience in project management.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing Foundation Data Model (FDM) and Financial Accounting solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with leadership across all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
