With at least 5 years of experience in complex litigation, including business, employment, general liability, or professional liability, you could be the perfect fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage cases and navigate complex legal issues
• Develop and execute discovery plans
• Take and defend depositions
• Handle document-intensive cases with precision
• Draft dispositive motions and prepare for trial
  
  

Qualifications

• Active member of the State Bar of Arizona
• Proven ability to manage complex litigation independently
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Solid work ethic and a passion for advocacy
• Team player with a collaborative spirit
