Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Manage daily orders with precision, ensuring every detail is accurate and compliant.
  • Inventory Handling: Oversee documentation for both inbound and outbound inventory, and collaborate on stock rotation and order fulfillment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain well-organized records and transactions, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to various departments as needed.
  • Additional Tasks: Take on other general supply chain and office operations duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or College degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in supply chain roles.
  • Customs Experience: Familiarity with import and export customs clearance is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Language: Bilingual in Mandarin is required.
