What You'll Be Doing

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Dive deep into pharmacy and patient-facing products to inform key product decisions and drive operational improvements.
  • Process Automation: Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to streamline and automate operational processes.
  • Driver Planning Optimization: Build models to optimize driver planning, including strategies for hiring and retention.
  • Data Modeling: Design and build data models that enhance decision-making and promote data democratization.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain dashboards using SQL and Looker to track the success of product initiatives.
  • Collaborative Impact: Collaborate with multiple teams including Product, Research, Engineering, and Operations to drive improvements and provide actionable insights.
  • Inventory & Procurement: Identify opportunities in procurement and inventory management to enhance efficiency and margins.
  • Continuous Improvement: Measure the impact of initiatives and refine processes to improve performance.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting by implementing best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 8+ years in analytics or a technical role, with extensive SQL experience focusing on operational and supply chain data.
  • Education: BA/BS or Master's in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science.
  • Skills: Expert fluency in SQL, ETL flows experience, and proficiency in dashboard creation using Looker or Tableau.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively across business, product, engineering, research, and design teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Passionate about solving user problems with data-driven solutions and proactive in tackling challenges.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and willing to learn from mistakes.

Additional Information

  • Travel: Up to 25% travel may be required.
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; currently, we cannot sponsor employment visas.
  • Physical Requirements: Frequent computer use, occasional lifting up to 20 pounds, and travel required.
