Description

Are you ready to elevate your career in clinical supply chain management? This role is tailored for a detail-oriented professional passionate about ensuring clinical studies operate smoothly and efficiently.

As the Senior Manager/Associate Director of Clinical Supply Chain, you will manage the end-to-end supply chain for clinical studies, both domestically and internationally. Your responsibilities will range from planning and forecasting to vendor management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for clinical supply chain matters.
  • Provide study and site-level support, manage drug supply shipments, and oversee inventory, returns, and destruction.
  • Onboard and manage relationships with clinical supply chain vendors, negotiate agreements, and handle financial oversight.
  • Develop and execute global inventory supply plans in collaboration with Technical Operations, Clinical Operations, and Quality Assurance.
  • Ensure all supply chain documentation is organized and compliant with GxP requirements, and prepare for audits.
  • Maintain the supply chain operations budget and track monthly vendor invoices.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist in the design and testing of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in supply management and logistics within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of clinical blinding practices.
  • Skills: Proficiency in GxP procedures, systems selection, and management. Highly organized, capable of managing projects, resources, timelines, and budgets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
