Description

This role involves supporting our growth by managing inventory, optimizing the supply chain, and ensuring smooth operations. You will work directly with the founders and take ownership of diverse aspects of supply chain management from forecasting to quality control.

What You'll Do

Forecasting & Procurement:

  • Develop and manage forecasts for our extensive catalog of products.
  • Maintain healthy and balanced inventory levels across all channels.
  • Ensure timely delivery from workshops to the warehouse.
  • Provide insightful weekly inventory reports and manage metrics such as OOS, inventory risks, and supply chain costs.

Supply Chain Management

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Streamline supply chain processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support retail and international expansion efforts, product development, and negotiations of terms.

Quality Control

  • Oversee quality assurance for each purchase order.
  • Monitor defect rates and develop processes for continuous improvement.

Operations

  • Manage relationships and operations with our 3PL partner.
  • Ensure seamless integration of our 3PL with our e-commerce platform.
  • Resolve operational issues, drive efficiencies, and create and enforce organizational standards.

  • A positive attitude with over 20 years of tenacity and optimism.
  • 5+ years in supply chain management, planning, procurement, or sourcing.
  • Proficiency in building and analyzing reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • 3+ years working with international suppliers and supporting e-commerce supply chains.
  • Experience managing 3PLs and integrating with Shopify.
  • Strong process orientation and organizational skills.
