Description

Are you ready to advance your sales career in a dynamic and innovative tech environment? This position will play a crucial role in developing and redefining the future of Next-Gen SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) and Log Management technology. You will leverage your tech sales expertise and industry knowledge to represent our leading solutions with top enterprise clients, effectively showcasing their business value and return on investment.

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding your territory, driving market adoption, and increasing revenue. With unlimited earning potential and the opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing segment within the technology industry, you will join a team that is at the forefront of the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies to close new business and expand revenue in your assigned region.
  • Independently or collaboratively scope, negotiate, and close deals that exceed booking and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, such as CIOs and CSOs, in target accounts.
  • Cultivate access to decision-makers within both prospects and existing clients across the territory.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Field Sales, Channels & Alliances, Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, Customer Support, and Product Management) to drive engagement and visibility within target accounts.
  • Leverage established relationships within partner organizations to expand account access.
  • Maintain accurate and relevant account information using Salesforce.com.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of successful experience selling enterprise platform solutions in markets like SIEM, log management, cybersecurity, observability, data analytics, or data management.
  • Proven success in managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, utilizing a disciplined methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler).
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
  • A history of exceeding sales targets with a track record as a high achiever.
  • Ability to challenge conventional thinking and present innovative solutions in a consultative sales environment.
  • Enthusiastic about identifying new opportunities and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • A self-starter with a collaborative mindset, excelling in both independent and team-oriented environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.

This role is fully remote, providing the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to an innovative and supportive team environment.
