Description

Join our premier MarTech solution provider as we lead the charge in rewarding consumer behavior through unique experiences. This remote role covers the North America region, with the option to work from our NYC office as needed.

Role Purpose

You will develop new commercial business relationships, generating new income by identifying new markets and business opportunities, growing existing client relationships, and maximizing revenue. We are looking for a dynamic, sales-driven individual, strategically minded and capable of selling B2B at the highest level.

Core Deliverables

  • Manage the sales process: introduce products and services, present pitches, collect data, negotiate, and close sales.
  • Present to potential clients through various communication methods, advising on products and special promotions.
  • Build a long-term sales pipeline in accordance with set targets.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client objectives, including ROI objectives and response to tenders.
  • Gather market and customer information.
  • Create client proposals and contracts, ensuring content accuracy.
  • Maintain relationships with clients through regular review meetings.
  • Fully grasp our products and pricing structures.
  • Ensure accurate briefs are provided, including costs of promotion and rates.
  • Understand the company's terms of business and estimate profit levels on all projects.
  • Ensure payment arrangements are in place before work commences.
  • Collaborate with client service and finance teams on cash collections.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of productivity and conversions.
  • Ability to consistently close substantial deals.
  • Focus on both quantity and quality of sales.
  • Understanding of marketing processes and terminology, able to adopt a consultative approach with clients.
  • Experience in written and verbal communication with strong listening skills.
  • Skilled in building effective working relationships with clients and colleagues, enhancing value for both the company and clients.
  • Commercially minded in decision-making, maximizing value for all parties.
