As we continue to innovate and grow, we're looking for a passionate Sales Engagement Specialist to join our Sales team and help us enhance our client engagement strategies.

Role Overview

In this role, you will be an integral part of our Sales team, consisting of 14 Account Executives, 1 Sales Engagement Specialist, 18 Account Managers, and 5 Sales Managers. Your mission will be to optimize our existing sales channels and experiment with new strategies to better serve both new and returning clients. This includes outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, engaging with clients from our website, and reactivating lapsed clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Nurturing: Qualify both inbound and outbound prospects to generate high-quality leads for our new business team.
  • Outbound Activities: Exceed daily metrics for phone and email outreach.
  • Client Re-engagement: Reconnect with lapsed clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Prospect Research: Identify decision-makers at prospective companies and existing B2B customers.
  • Campaign Feedback: Provide insights to enhance campaign development, sales enablement, and overall prospect journey.
  • CRM Utilization: Use Salesforce and other tools for outreach and documentation of customer interactions.
  • Channel Optimization: Improve existing outbound channels and test new sales/prospecting methods.
  • B2B Channel Testing: Explore new B2B channels to drive revenue growth.
  • Coaching and Development: Participate in weekly coaching sessions and one-on-ones with your manager.
