Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager, Marketing Operations to drive our next phase of growth. In this role, you will report to the Head of Growth Marketing and be instrumental in enhancing the operational efficiency of our marketing organization. You will help align our structure with the capabilities needed to execute marketing initiatives effectively, leveraging our tech stack and lead routing processes.

As the key player in operationalizing our digital marketing functions, you will identify gaps in our technology and take on IT integration projects. Your expertise in lead routing, Salesforce properties, and HubSpot APIs will be vital to our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic projects to support business transformation and enhance marketing operational capabilities.
  • Accelerate the deployment of the “Marketing on Asana” initiative to boost productivity across the team.
  • Utilize tools and templates to support planning, budgeting, and business operations.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations that adapt to organizational needs.
  • Strategically plan, organize tasks, and track the effectiveness of marketing processes.
  • Become an expert on internal systems, their functionality, and integration points.
  • Implement and manage global policies to promote efficient cross-departmental functioning.
  • Partner with marketing and technical teams to provide data-driven solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee prospect database architecture, ensuring data integrity and hygiene across teams.
  • Maintain an up-to-date status document for marketing operations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or project management in a revenue-generating environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organizational structure.
  • Strong understanding of Lead Management, Lead Routing, and Prospect/Client Life-cycle Management.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on MarTech optimization and scalability.
  • Proven program and project management skills.
  • Self-starter who confidently tackles new initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Passionate about Marketing Automation and eager to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Empathy for business partners and a commitment to their success.
  • Expertise in leads and customer database architecture.
  • Innovative mindset focused on improving data hygiene and information structures.
  • Collaborative problem-solver who understands stakeholder needs and delivers effective solutions.
