Your missions

Description

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team remotely for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for driving project management within the Social Center of Excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver marketing campaigns that enhance engagement and brand recognition for our clients. As the go-to person, you will ensure projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and communication flows seamlessly between all stakeholders.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Project Management, assisting in implementing new workflows and processes that enable the team to work efficiently and flexibly while consistently delivering high-quality creative work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of marketing projects, from kickoff to completion, ensuring timely delivery and resource allocation.
  • Act as the liaison between Creative, Influencer, and Marketing teams, as well as external partners, to ensure seamless communication.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure all channel deliverables are met.
  • Lead review meetings with creative teams, track feedback, and collaborate to facilitate updates with both internal and external creatives.
  • Maintain consistent communication with external partners to align on timelines, deliverables, and strategy to meet project goals.
  • Work closely with internal creative teams to communicate feedback and ensure updates are made according to leadership direction.
  • Anticipate and support the creative team’s needs, keeping projects on track and ensuring accountability across multiple channels.
  • Manage several complex projects simultaneously, supporting various brand initiatives.
  • Coordinate project briefings and gather all necessary details to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
  • Facilitate smooth collaboration between internal teams and external agencies, creating a frictionless workflow.
  • Uphold and enforce established processes for effective project execution, ensuring that cross-functional considerations are met.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, trafficking, or creative services, ideally within digital and social media environments.
  • Prior experience in a creative agency is a must.
  • Knowledge of video creation and production is a big plus.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with strong time management and organizational skills to keep projects running smoothly and on budget.
  • A passion for collaboration in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
