Min 3.5 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, content creation, and graphic design work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Hootsuite, etc.). Basic video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar. Graphic design skills with experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Core responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Create, schedule, and publish engaging and informative content to promote our initiatives, events, and campaigns. Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering a positive online community. Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Produce high-quality, compelling content, including posts, stories, and videos that align with our mission and goals. Draft annual report and quarterly newsletters Perform basic video editing to create short videos for social media, highlighting our work, events, and success stories. Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, ensuring brand consistency and engagement. Plan and execute social media campaigns to raise awareness, increase engagement, and drive donations.
