• Strategically list and promote available properties across key platforms, including Facebook Marketplace, Apartments.com, and Zillow, to maximize visibility.

• Design eye-catching graphics and dynamic video reels to showcase properties and attract prospective tenants.

• Drive business growth by identifying and engaging with potential property owners for management opportunities.
