Key Responsibilities

  • Respond swiftly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about our products and services.
  • Address customer issues and complaints with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest the best products or services to meet those needs.
  • Follow up with both potential and existing customers to nurture leads and close sales.
  • Keep detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Strive to achieve and surpass sales targets and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about our products, industry trends, and best practices to provide knowledgeable support.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service and/or inside sales is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
