Skill Set: Customer Support - Zendesk, Tools/Scripts for User Support

Requirement

Process handling tickets - communication with end users,being able to reproduce bugs,manage resolution of bugs - Zendesk knowledge; ADO and Backlog prioritizing; Surfacing this information and identifying the trends
