Overview

We're seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working remotely three days a week, with the opportunity to collaborate in person for two days.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your expertise in Jira, Visio, PowerPoint, and Confluence to drive business process improvements.
• Apply advanced Agile methodologies and frameworks to enhance project efficiency.
• Engage in business process reengineering and optimization to meet organizational goals.
• Manage release processes and tools to ensure smooth project transitions.
  
  

Desired Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Jira, Visio, PowerPoint, Confluence
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks
• Experience with business process reengineering and optimization
• Familiarity with release management processes and tools
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow, Dynatrace, and Postman

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business with a focus on technology is required.
• Certifications related to Agile or requirement elicitation are a plus.

Experience
