Your missions

Description

We're looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Strategic Account Managers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in nurturing and growing our existing customer relationships while promoting and selling our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction to retain existing revenue and build lasting relationships.
  • Quickly and effectively address customer concerns to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to offer innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Grow the company’s presence by introducing products and services within current accounts.
  • Utilize a value-selling approach to demonstrate how our solutions align with customer needs.
  • Present complex solutions to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Provide tailored recommendations that align business goals with our technology solutions.
  • Regularly meet targets related to revenue growth and retention, managing forecasting and pipeline accurately.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships across all levels of the customer organization.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Uphold high business ethics to build and maintain customer trust.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a talent for building meaningful relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting goals and quotas.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Proficient in web conferencing, MS Office, and CRM software.
  • 5-7 years of success in B2B software sales and account management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and other sales technologies for business development and opportunity tracking.
  • Willingness to travel 2-4 times per month.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Additional Details

  • Up to 25% travel required.
  • Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection when needed.
  • Occasional office presence may be required.
  • Some occasional lifting (up to 10 pounds) and repetitive hand and arm movements for computer use may be necessary. Specific vision requirements include close vision for computer work. Frequent sitting or standing may be required.
