You will be central to managing all aspects of service delivery, serving as a trusted advisor to the Account General Manager (AGM). Your mission is to ensure exceptional delivery by integrating our capabilities, exceeding customer expectations, and optimizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Act as the Subject Matter Expert for delivery, developing a comprehensive understanding of customer contracts and their implications.
  • Coordination: Collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, IT, and other relevant teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
  • Collaboration: Partner with implementation, engineering, product management, and other teams to introduce and enhance services.
  • Reporting: Implement and manage systematic delivery status reporting for both the customer and internal teams.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with service leaders and build relationships at all levels within the customer organization.
  • Governance: Establish a data-driven governance approach with clear escalation processes, including up to the COO if needed.
  • People Management: Handle recruitment, coaching, mentoring, and performance management responsibilities.

  • Program Management: Proven experience as a Program Director with strong skills in both strategic and tactical aspects of delivery management.
  • Financial Acumen: Strategic thinker with excellent financial acumen, adept at balancing client value and cost optimization.
  • Matrixed Environments: Skilled collaborator experienced in working within complex, matrixed environments.
  • Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with both clients and internal teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Healthcare/Medicaid sector and related solutions.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is \(137,000 - \)195,000 per year. The base pay offered will vary depending on geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
