  • Convert business goals into actionable tasks (e.g., user stories) with small, agile teams (product, engineering, design).
  • Manage and prioritize backlogs to support platform capabilities aligned with company objectives and roadmap.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform product development.
  • Design and track key product metrics to provide valuable customer insights and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor adoption, usage, and long-term value impact of new and existing features.
  • Communicate product updates and results across the organization and, when necessary, externally.
  • Contribute to identifying market opportunities, business cases, and overall product strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis within a tech company (preferably SaaS or fintech), financial services (investment or retail banking), or a similarly rigorous environment.
  • Proven success in shipping and iterating on software products with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create clarity for teams.
  • High level of curiosity, initiative, and critical thinking.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
  • Experience with client-facing roles, ideally in a leadership capacity.
  • Systematic, quantitative approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.

What We Offer

  • Remote work environment
  • Work-life balance (unlimited PTO)
  • Comprehensive health insurance
  • 401k matching
  • Dental, vision, and life benefits
