Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced New Sales Executive to drive new business and contribute to our growth. You will focus on expanding our revenue stream through the acquisition of new clients, particularly within financial institutions and non-regulated firms. Managing the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals, you will work to meet and exceed both quarterly and annual sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Guide prospects through each stage of the sales cycle, from qualification to close.
  • Develop and nurture lead lists within your assigned territory.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Collaborate with marketing to implement effective business development strategies.
  • Qualify new opportunities and present our value proposition through client meetings, demos, and events.
  • Partner with our Solution Consultant to tailor solutions to each prospect’s needs.
  • Strategize and execute plans to engage and grow your territory.
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities and pipeline activities in Salesforce.
  • Manage complex technical software sales and drive opportunities to close.
  • Provide regular updates on key metrics and lead generation activities.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B Account Executive with at least 2 years of experience in driving new business.
  • Industry experience in AML, fraud detection, risk, or compliance operations within financial institutions is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in securing new clients and meeting or exceeding sales quotas for Enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Experience handling a complex sales cycle with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Skilled in developing and managing a diverse pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Persistent, positive, and motivated with a “never give up” attitude.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a collaborative approach and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to create effective go-to-market strategies and manage a sales territory.
  • Exceptional client relationship skills with a focus on delivering value.
  • Intelligent, articulate, and organized with excellent written communication skills.
  • Growth mindset with a commitment to staying updated on industry regulations and trends.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a virtual team.
