Key Responsibilities

• Lead multimedia projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Design and produce diverse digital content for instructional, marketing, and informational purposes.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to ensure projects are delivered on time and with the highest quality.
• Offer expert guidance on the latest multimedia technologies and trends to elevate content quality and engagement.
• Develop and manage a digital asset library, ensuring content is organized and properly licensed.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of multimedia content and make data-informed adjustments as needed.
• Work with various departments to align multimedia projects with broader organizational goals.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Expertise in multimedia design principles, including video production, graphic design, animation, and web development.
• Proficiency with multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities with an eye for detail.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to coordinate teams effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or 6 years of experience in multimedia design with a strong portfolio showcasing work.

Working Conditions and Travel

• This position is remote, with the flexibility to work from various locations throughout California.
