Responsibilities

  • Guide and Support: Help individuals understand their coverage options, selecting the right products, services, and solutions that meet their unique health and financial needs.
  • Customer Service & Sales: Provide end-to-end customer service, whether you’re taking inbound calls or reaching out to customers for follow-up.
  • Compassionate Responses: Listen actively to customer inquiries, responding with empathy and selecting the best solutions quickly and efficiently.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Identify additional needs and assist customers in upgrading their products or services to better suit their requirements.

What You Bring

  • Licensed Expertise: You hold a current health insurance license in your state of residence.
  • Bilingual Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Tech-Savvy: You have high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and are comfortable navigating computer systems.
  • Sales Experience: At least six months of experience in sales.
  • Integrity: A commitment to following HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy.
  • Customer-Centric: A strong orientation toward customer service and satisfaction.
  • Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Base Pay: $19 per hour.
  • Seasonal Stipend: From July 15th to December 15th, you’ll receive an additional \(5 per hour, bringing your pay to \)24 per hour.
  • Performance Bonus: Earn up to $28 per hour during the season with our monthly pay-for-performance bonus.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Depending on your position, benefits may include PTO, tuition reimbursement, and health and wellness incentives.
