Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to multiple branch locations to provide support where needed, such as covering for absences or vacancies.
  • Adapt quickly to new environments and manage changing priorities while focusing on meeting customer needs.
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive outreach and offering tailored banking solutions.
  • Assist with basic banking needs, including opening new accounts and processing service requests.
  • Follow defined policies and procedures for informed decision-making.
  • Develop a deep understanding of banking products and services to better assist customers.
  • Provide guidance and present appropriate product and service options for effective financial management.
  • Refer customers to other team members or partners for additional financial services as necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months experience interacting with customers, or an equivalent combination of work experience, training, or education.
  • Strong customer service skills with experience managing complex transactions across multiple systems.
  • Proactive engagement with customers and ability to educate them on technology and mobile banking benefits.
  • Team-oriented mindset focused on collaboration, building lasting relationships, and meeting customer needs.
  • Ability to follow company policies while maintaining integrity and professionalism in customer interactions.
  • Focus on fraud prevention, identifying potential risks, and taking necessary actions to safeguard accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with outreach via phone or email, fostering strong relationships with customers and internal partners.
  • Proven ability to adhere to regulations and compliance standards.
  • Relevant military experience in personnel benefits management, human resources, or leadership reporting.

Job Expectations

  • Must be willing to travel 100% of the time within the assigned district.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
  • Responsibilities include maintaining a cash drawer, handling cash, and balancing service-related tasks as needed.

Compensation

This role includes eligibility for a 10% pay differential.
