• Hybrid work model: 2-3 days onsite, with remaining days remote
• No night or evening shifts - after-hours cases handled by our teleradiology team
• Equitable shared call (1 in 4 rotation)

• Collaboration with multiple service lines (e.g., emergency medicine, anesthesia, hospital medicine)
